Ninety-one Lyon students named to Dean’s List Ninety-one students have been named to the dean’s list at Lyon College for the 2004 spring semester. Students must attain a 3.75 grade-point-average or higher while taking a minimum of 12 hours in a semester to be placed on the dean’s list. Students on the list are: Timothy M. Gehm has paper published in journal
Dr. Barry D. Gehm, assistant professor of biochemistry, has recently had a paper published in the Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology v.88, pp. 223-234 (March 2004). The paper titled “Estrogenic effects of resveratrol in breast cancer cells expressing mutant and wild-type estrogen receptors: role of AF-1 and AF-2” is co-authored with Dr. Gehm by Anait S. Levenson, Hong Liu, Eun-Jig Lee, Beth M. Amundsen, Mark Cushman, V. Craig Jordan and J. Larry Jameson, all from North Western University.
