Cabbot High School
In March 2003, I visited Cabot High School to demonstrate how to learn Japanese through the Internet. Mrs. Yaeko McNeir has been teaching Japanese at Cabot High School since 1989, and currently she has 45 students. Her classroom is beautifully decorated with Japanese pictures and various cultural items. She and her students also makes T-shirts every year.
During my demonstration, her students learned how to type in Japanese and were introduced to many useful and fun Websites. The students were really enthusiastic about learning how to type in Japanese. They also enjoyed various computer-based games.
