Many students think that a Lyon College education is financially out of reach. However, it is the pleasure of the Financial Aid Staff to award over $4 million in institutional aid to our students to allow them to attend what
US News and World Report consistently lauds as "One of America's Best Liberal Arts Colleges."
Over 99% of last year's incoming Lyon College students received scholarships and other types of Financial Aid to help finance their education.
The Office of Student Financial Aid strives to develop a financial strategy that you can afford and offers a variety of financial aid resources including Lyon College's Scholarship Program, federal and state grants, loans, and work-study programs.
You must
apply and be accepted for admission to Lyon before a financial aid award can be made. It is recommended that you
apply for Federal Financial Aid by mid-February to ensure maximum eligibility for all types of financial aid.
